To make an iron door you need an iron ingot. One iron ingot is produced by one iron ore. Iron ore has to be mined and it should be burnt in a furnace with a fuel source until you get an iron ingot.

Place the iron ingots in the crafting area, complete two columns leaving the third empty as same as you have done in to make wooden doors. You can see three-door in the box which is placed right side of your screen. This procedure gives you three iron doors. After completing doors, place them in your inventory.
